Easily view the various filings associated with each filing submission.

This is a two worksheet workbook. The first worksheet is similar to the SEC's "Results for EDGAR Current Events" page. The primary difference is its simplicity in viewing the various elements associated with a filing. The actual submission form is hyperlinked to the actual archived page. Consequently, it is not necessary to go to the filing submission, locate the link to the form, and click on it to view the submitted form. Just click on the link on the worksheet. Also associated with the filing is the total number of items submitted with that filing. Clicking on that hyperlink takes you to the first of a list of links to each of the items associated with that filing submission.

Excel Workbook tabulation of the initial and annual positions and changes in positions of the reporters

This consists of several worksheets tabulating data on forms 3, 3/A, 4, 4/A, and 5. Links to each of the worksheets are on the index worksheet for each submission as well as links on each of these worksheets back to the submission on the index worksheet.
